-300 stolen bases
-minimum 0.280 BA
-minimum 0.750 OPS

Pitcher Qualifications:
-maximum ERA: 4.25
-minimum IP for SP: 1000
-minimum IP for RP: 500
-minimum Pitcher WAR: 10
Plus at least one of:
-150 wins
-2000 strikeouts
-300 saves
