2031 Discussion Thread

Hey guys!

We have finished up the 2030 Offseason and allowed myself to relocate to the Austin, TX metro from the KC metro .

Everything is updated. The OOTP game date is now 3 March 2031.

Spring Training (ST) Sim 1 will be Wednesday. It will be the first half of ST which is 14 games. ST Sim 2 will be Friday. I expect everyone to export at least one of two ST sims.

Opening Day 2031 will be Monday July 18.

We are now back to our normal Mon-Wed-Fri exports due by 6am CT sim schedule.

Spring Training Sim 1 is completed. New file is up, HTML Reports are updated, and Statslab is coming soon.

At least 1 export for the 2 ST sims is mandatory. So I expect to see an export for Friday's ST 2 sim from:
-Illinois
-Maryland
-New Mexico
-Ontario
-West Virginia

Kentucky had multiple minor leaguers get released unintentionally by the CPU (OOTP17 bug?) and they have been returned to them

I've returned him back to your minors. Not sure what the issue is as I was able to auto your minors without him getting released... I'm guessing it's due to your Rookie League roster being at the maximum?

I'll be on vacation from late Thursday evening through Monday evening so we won't be having sims Friday or Monday. We'll resume 2031 a week from today on Wednesday, July 27. Thanks guys!

AI released Dan Peters again....this is going to suck if i cant auto minors.

I've returned him back to your minors. Not sure what the issue is as I was able to auto your minors without him getting released... I'm guessing it's due to your Rookie League roster being at the maximum?

He could lock him in one of the teams in the minors (disabling the promotion/demotions) too see if that fixes the problem.

I made one mistake for this sim using the 6 man rotation size. Damn!
