AFBL OOTP15 Upgrade Discussion

The reason for the skip is financial for some right? DO we know if anyone isn't actually upgrading? It's part of my entertainment budget

Correct that's my logic behind it. I plan to upgrade AFBL to OOTP16 and do the every other version.

This will be a question for the winter meetings but do we want to upgrade to OOTP15 in the future or wait to OOTP16? I'm fine with either choice. Just a thought to think about.

Okay I'll throw this out there: I have a small sponsorship with OOTP. I get 3 copies of the game every year free. I probably could get more. Here's my thought: If your issue is truly financial because its food or ootp or something like that, email Matt. I keep one full copy for my 2 computers but the other 2 copies could actually be 4 cause every code works on 2 PCs. I know at least 6 teams already have it/will buy it. I think it should be fine to upgrade because I can probably get more copies if many people are down and out (I wouldnt be able to upgrade if I didnt get it free). If you dont want everyone to know your issue just email Matt and he will tell me how many codes he needs but not for who.

Yup I'm on the pre-order list too would have no problems going to 15. But not until the first big patch is released!

Just let me know - I am replacing my laptop in the next few weeks and am willing to upgrade if that is the wish of the league.

I have my own license for 15 as well.

If we do decide to upgrade, we'll line it up with a new season after the 1st patch for 15 which would be likely the 2019 or 2020 season.

I have it, not a fan of it visually, the flat UI and how team colours are now shown through menus only is clunky to me and could've been done a whole lot better.

Happy to move to it once it's solid, another commish of a league I'm in (who is on the beta team) expects it to be solid enough for online leagues around June.

As a beta member, I would say it is solid enough now. All major crash issues were 3D related, not online.

No matter what my leagues do I always get it for my solo leagues and MLB and test leagues and we dont really need 3d stuff because were on line, its just up to who has the game and stuff.
