Didn't see any new injuries so I'm good for games 3-4-5.

Matt, I'm not seeing the right box scores on the site.

Hmm... I'll check on that.

GASP!!!

Another Setback for Aviators Thompson, Forced to Retire
Thursday, October 5th, 2017
The injury that forced Big Boots Thompson to go on the disabled list is serious -- and the possibility that it's career-ending hasn't been ruled out according to his agent. Speaking to reporters in North Carolina today, Thompson's agent told them, "It's a pretty serious injury. I guess there's always the possibility it's career-ending, but we're not sure. He's getting intensive treatment five days a week." The 28-year-old Aviators starting pitcher has been undergoing extensive rehabitation for a ruptured finger tendon and hurt it again while working out last week. BNN contacted medical experts and were told that it is rare that a ballplayer can come back from such a bad injury.

This season Thompson has worked 124 innings with 98 strikeouts en route to a 11-1 record and a 3.48 ERA.

 :'(

He's just 28 years old... dammit.

amazing fourth game! 5 errors, Montoya 5 walks and 2 hits in 0.1 innings, Rob Bryant and Stan Lawson facing batters in the most important game of the season being my worst pitchers by far ...

Great finish for Texas one more time

Congrats to all as NJ flops again. Getting swept was not in the plans but with Sepulveda, Geboyan, Fowler and Talley all out we were blowing bubbles instead of shooting bullets.

I think this team has 1-2 more years in it to give it a shot, if we can't pull it off then it might time for the break up and to actually use some draft picks.

Well, a great series win for the Vipers as they got more solid pitching in games 3 and 4.  Overall, Indiana outscored Texas 21-7.

Indiana v. Colorado in the LCS.  These two teams split the season series 5-5 so I expect this to go 6 or even 7 games.  I haven't seen Colorado's injury report in depth but Indiana lost SP Chris Johnston for the remainder of the post-season.  If there is any good news, Luis Bravo could rejoin the team in one week's time, for a possible championship series.

Good luck Bears!

Indiana is set for the sim.

Painful.

Two close games that Colorado won, including an 11 inning game that featured both teams scoring twice in the 9th.

I lost power hitting catcher Rob Hodge for the remainder of the post-season as well.

Ready for next sim whenever.
