New file is up. Only changes were adding Lin as the new Georgia GM, process the ON-NJ trade, and NY re-pick at 4-11.

Uploading a new file right now to fix some wackiness. I realized I had the 'names.dat' file option not checked to include in the League File. Redownload the new file if you've already downloaded the one from about 90 minutes ago.
