There's a chance that SP Joe Haines will be healthy on the final day of the sim (not sure, might not be healthy til the next day).

If he IS healthy, please demote Hector Silva and place Haines on the active roster and in the #1 spot in the rotation.

Also, change it so Haines starts that day and change the order from "strict" to "always start highest rested".
