I'm really sorry that this and turned into something more than 'Oh darn it didn't pass. Well maybe next offseason it'll pass'.

Dont get me wrong, that is what I thought in first place and I have no problem watching Ron Taylor batting because he is good, at least in ratings (probably the best pitcher in the league at bat?). I think that the problem here was that we had not a percentage set since the beginning so when you says 60% that sound like if you are changing the rules or something. As I said, I have no problem with the league rules, but I understand Troy or at least some of what he is saying.

It really was for me too. Again I reiterate its about the random rule changing
