New York trade block
« on: March 04, 2014, 08:31:47 am »
I am not sure when the trade deadline is since I will not be able to get into the league file for another day or so but if it has not passed, I am wide open to consider trading anyone on NY's roster if it makes sense for building the future of the franchise.

We unfortunately just passed the deadline but trading will open back up after the regular season ends for teams not in the postseason.

Just to update I have a number of OFs with good power ratings and so one or two can go. Guys like Crowder, Knox, Sloan. I am open to trade talks. Legarth would take the most but isn't out of the question. Kirby and John may also be possible in trade. I am looking for a bonafide top flight starter either as a prospect or someone in ML. Or would also be interested in draft picks. 3B is also a potential need position. Could also trade middle infield help if someone is in need.

I'd like to get a couple of hitters somewhere along the way. 1B, OF or even 3B could be positions I'd be interested in. I have 2 first round picks and am willing to trade with them along with prospects, players, etc. Let me know. My team is in a building phase so nobody in their mid 30s or older.

Legarth. I've had a lot of people ask about him. I am considering dealing him if it helps ultimately build the future of NY baseball. I am not committed to trading him because he is only 25 still but given the amount of interest I think I need to at least be opening to listening to offers. Let me know.

Walt Connor is on the trade block. He has a 2.72 ERA and him only having 9 wins often has a lot to do with no run support. Given my reboot of the franchise, I am willing to listen to offers today. He is 29 so its not a must trade but will listen if someone needs a top notch starter.
