North Carolina NEEDS top flight pitcher!

If anyone is rebuilding and has an All-Star caliber pitchers (all 7's or 8's and higher) let me know.

I don't have much in the way of prospects to deal, but I've got 2 years worth of picks and can let them all go if the pitcher is right.
