New York Twin Towers finally have a new GM

Hello everyone,

It is an exciting day as we have filled a long-time vacancy with the New York Twin Towers franchise with the hiring of Kevin Norris. Please welcome him as the newest member of the AFBL. I'll be creating him in the game after tonight's sim for Sim 8 and adding him to our Slack.
