Title: Trade Deadline

We have discussed and voted on this in the past but it is worth bringing back up. Do you want to keep the 7/31 trade deadline or vote to move it back to 8/11? This would allow 1 more sim for teams to work out any trades if passed.

Keep it as is, the one more sim argument doesn't work - we already implemented that (you stop 1 day short already I believe).

Extending the deadline won't help 'ramp up the trade action' - active GMs and early communication about the deadline is what keeps people on their toes.

Yeah we stop on July 30th currently

I would be alright with either option but my preference is to keep the traditional deadline of 7/31

We won't move the deadline into the middle of August. What about moving back 1 day to August 1st? It will make things cleaner/easier for me.

AFBL will move the Trade Deadline 1 day from July 31st to August 1st starting for the 2024 season.
