Enable Scouting?

I'm totally fine continuing like we have been from the beginning and just use OSA ratings but is there any interest in adding team scouts for a different set of ratings besides OSA?

Just seeing what the league thinks about this.  8)

Isn't other scouts based on how well you paid them, as they as have different abilities ? How would you assign them in a non-financial league ?

I lean no.  I think the GM provides the scouting value.
