I think some players are missing from the ballot. Take a look at last year's results (http://www.afblbaseball.com/afbl/statslab/hofVotingHist.php?year=2029) - there are guys above the line who aren't on this year's

Hmm strange.. I'll check into this.

Anyone in between the green and red line from last year's ballot should be on this year's ballot along with 2030 first ballot eligible players.

I know what happened..

I adjusted the 'minimum % of votes to stay on ballot' requirement from 5% (1 vote) to 10% (2 votes).

When I adjusted it back down to 5%, the guys that got 2 votes in 2029 reappeared on the 2030 ballot.

I'm going to keep things as they are to avoid any issues next year unless someone can help me figure out why the 5 guys aren't included in the 2030 ballot. I've tried forcing the 5 player IDs to be included but that is not working for me.

I've fixed it to allow the 5 players that received 2 votes last ballot to show up on this year's ballot.

There have been 11 of 20 ballots cast in Statslab. Please get this done as you have a chance this week. We have to have this completed before we roll over to 2031 in the game.

Missing HOF ballots from:
-New Mexico
-Maryland
-Illinois
-Washington
-Pennsylvania
-New York
-Georgia

This is also a mandatory task and will be due shortly after we finish the Ammy Draft since it has to be completed before we move to 2031.

an MR CL is a failed SP, therefor should never get a vote.

in Real life probably right but in OOTP that isn't the case, if you don't have the stamina and/or 3 pitches cant be effective SP

I tend to think most people overrate CLs, but Maillot is the exception as a consistently unhittable guy out of the pen. His WHIP was under 1 (usually well under it) 10 times, and 0.86 for his career. He had 7 consecutive years of an ERA in the 1s (and 3 times flirted with it being under 1.00). This isn't small sample-size fluke seasons.

Congrats to CF Crawdad Hicks and SS Chad Tucker on joining the AFBL HOF.

RP Roberto Maillot falls just short this year.
