lets try the new pitchers in the major league!!! put them in the starting rotation of the isotopes (spot 3 for jose rangel and spot 4 for fujita) with the pitch count at 40. modify the jose rangel position to SP

put holloway in the triple A team and then ask AI to set up only the minor league sistem
