Let me catch this up:

2013: Ed Wilson

It is between  SP Ed Wilson or C Sam Smith.  Sam had better years and will be in the running, I am going with Ed Wilson, who had his best year in 2013.

2014:Sam Smith

Close pick between Sam and SS Derek Maxwell.  Choose the RBI guy

2015:Sam Smith

It was not that close between Sam and 3B Alan Cullman ( who had his best season of a short career)

2016:Jake Bow 2B

Really only between Jake and prior winner Sam, so Jake had a better year

2017:Jake Bow

repeat of 2016, with Sam just a bit behind

2018:Jake Bow

A couple of other were close ( Sam Kelly and Dax Kennedy), Jake keeps the honor

2019:Dax Kennedy LF

Dax gets the nod this year and fans keep asking were are the pitchers  ( they are coming)

2020:Dax Kennedy

Dax gets it again but SP Dave Haug is starting to reach his prime

2021:Jake Bow

Not much to say about the performance of the Ohio players, so an aging Jake gets the nod.

2022:Dave Haug SP

Dave is heating up and out classes the hitters

2023:Dave Haug

Dave is the man, but a young Ken Calhoun is making noise.

2024:Dave Haug

  By far the best player

2025:Dave Haug

Not much to see with this team

2026:Prince Juan Castillo LF

With Dave Haug out for most of the year, a royal from California is the standout of a bad team.

2027:Dave Haug

Has a below average year after missing most of 2026, but still the class of this terrible team

2028:Dave Haug

Not much to choose from , but Bob Parker had a nice year

2029:Dave Haug

Repeat of 2028 with Bob Parker a close second

2030:Dave Haug

Repeat of the last couple of years with Bob Parker a close second.  Dave is not getting any younger, so somebody new should be your 2031 MVP

2031 - Dave Haug

I really think that this might be his last team MVP, as there are a couple of team mates catching up.
