-Trade Deadline Date: moves from July 31st to August 1st
-Ammy Draft Pool Quality: no change to number of feeder schools or anything to increase talent
-Ammy Draft Date: no change from current setup of November 15th draft and September 1st reveal of eligible players
-Designated Hitter: no change due to lack of total votes
-Minor League Option Years: no change from current setup of 'Off/None'
-Expansion: ongoing discussion -> Commish target year of 2030

2024
-Designated Hitter: enabled
-Playoff Format for Wildcard Series and League Championship Series: proposed change to 2-2-1-1-1 format from 2-3-2 format passes starting in 2025
-Minor League Option Years: no change from current setup due to no finances and no clear way to accomplish, likely added age limits to AA, A, RL
-Expansion: lack of league interest in next 5 years, likely not until 2035 at the earliest pending league approval and stability

-AAA and AA roster max sizes move to 35 players from 30 players
