If it's alright, even though I wasn't around until the 2023 season ended, I'll nominate these guys for the MVP spots in the organization:

Batter of the Year: C Gus Chandler - .294/.368/.497, 25 HR, 82 RBI, 96 R, 63 BB, 0 SB
Team MVP/Team Pitcher of the Year: SP Pete Wilson - 16-9, 2.84 ERA, 231.1 IP, 1.19 WHIP, 240 K, 2 CG, 1 SHO

Minor League Hitter of the Year: LF Joe Godfrey (AA) - .331/.429/.585, 31 HR, 112 RBI, 113 R, 84 BB, 0 SB
Minor League Pitcher of the Year: SP Jerry S?nchez (AA) - 18-2, 3.27 ERA, 195.2 IP, 1.20 WHIP, 218 K
