Callups for roster expansion. If there are no specific instructions for a guy, just put him on the team. If I want somebody in a specific depth chart spot, I've mentioned it here.

From AAA:
* SP K. Inoue - long relief / emergency starter
* RP O. Buizer - middle relief
* RP J. Silva - middle relief
* RP H. van Overbeek - lefty specialist
* CL K. Crosby - middle relief
* C L. Garcia - insert in depth charts as third string catcher
* 1B D. Christopher
* 1B S. Horn
* SS D. Clifton
* LF C. Dickinson
* LF J. Lopes
* LF J. Rodriguez
* RF C. McCormick
* RF L. O'Slattery

from AA
* RF J. Mendoza

Looks like Dennis Christopher will be ready to come off the DL in 1 day. Please send him on a minor-league rehab assignment at that point.

Done on 9 Apr 2046. Sent to AAA on Rehab Assignment and inserted as starter at 1B then asked CPU for lineups (moved starter and bench 1 down).

Victor Martinez gets healthy in 1 day. Please send him to AAA for a rehab assignment.

(Side note: this is his second rehab assignment this year; on the first one, he took a pitch to the face and broke his cheekbone, so went back on the IL)

Don Cahill gets healthy in 4 days. Send him to AAA on a rehab assignment at that point please?
