Title: VA - NC Trade

The VDC sends 2B Orlando Garcia (ML) to NC for SP Alfredo Martinez (SP), 2B Wally Carter (A) and RP Matthieu Hamel (R)

Confirmed.

Potentially overpaying a bit, but a developed 22-year-old should be worth the gamble. 

Matt - please put Garcia on my active roster and auto all lineups/depth charts

I moved Garcia to AAA FYI. Put Martinez in AAA into the open rotation spot and put the other two on the same level they came from
