2023 Discussion Thread

We have reached the 2023 season! There is a new file up (in about 5-10 minutes) that is on game date: January 28, 2023. HTML Reports and Statslab will be up shortly.

I'll be uploading a new file tomorrow (Monday) morning at 6:30am CT with any remaining franchise graphics and/or stadium adjustments and will sim to the start of Spring Training.

We will have the 1st half of Spring Training (14 games) on Wednesday 2/4 and the 2nd half of Spring Training on Friday 2/6. Remember that we are experimenting with the DH in the majors for Spring Training when you are exporting.

Opening Day 2023 will be Monday 2/9 as we are back on our normal Mon-Wed-Fri with exports due by 6am CT sim schedule. Good luck this season everyone!

New file is up to put the game date at 2/28/23 which is the start of Spring Training. We will go with the first 14 games in Wednesday's sim (Feb 28 - Mar 13). Then finish the rest of Spring Training on Friday. Opening Day 2023 is Monday.

Remember we are experimenting with having the DH enabled for the majors during Spring Training when you're exporting!

Everything is updated for today's sim of the 1st half of Spring Training. We'll finish Spring Training on Friday which will also be the final sim with the DH.

If you drafted an international guy, the game doesn't know what to do for our setup of combining them with the feeder league guys for our draft pool and places them in a separate "Our Rookie League International Complex". This is a glitch so please find them in the game (quickest way for me is to pull up the Last Draft Log and click the international player) and then send them to whatever minor league level that you want. You won't be able to place them in your actual International Complex however. There is no way to get to this "Your Rookie League International Complex with going through your draftee first unfortunately.
