Statslab is updated to 11/1/2016.

Thanks for the congrats! I was nervous that my aging roster would be without a FCS Cup before this core gets too old.

I've uploaded a new file along with reports and Statslab to add Elliott as the new Oregon GM and to move Illinois to Raymond as we transition ownership groups.

Go ahead and download this file if you've downloaded the previous one from earlier tonight.
