Does anyone know...

A couple OOTP things that Matt and I were unsure about:
Is it Detrimental to development in this game to keep a prospect at a certian level if they are overmatched?
Does the mood matter? I have players be randomly angry and I think it affects production.

I believe the answer to both questions is yes, although I'm not sure how much.  I don't think it's a whole lot.

My issue is, I can put a player in as an ace and he gets angry and starts sucking and I have no idea why and its super frustrating.

Me and my father have had this dicssution for years in each version since OOTP 5 we belive that premoting early stunts growth in a player, polaying a postion that they dont play often and getting hurt but them being in a bad mood hurts preformace and contracts but not develoment i try to start players lower then they should so premote to right level to keep them happy

The other thing is he might just not want to pitch in that city any more, this was reported when OOTP first came out and the better they do the worse mood they get in.

Then every pitcher ever hates pitching here. Its killing my teams. I dont know what to do
