We have another opening due to inactivity and lack of exports from Illinois. I'll work quickly to fill the vacancy from the wait list. Thanks guys.

AFBL officials are working on finalizing the details but the Illinois franchise will have a new owner, Zach Larson. Welcome him into the league. Thanks guys!

Zach just let me know that he just doesn't have the time for the league and unfortunately has to step down.

I believe that the vacancy will be filled quickly with the top of the wait list.

That was a quick turn around :) maybe the recent turnover says that expansion is probably not something we should consider just yet.

I got confirmation from Lawrence (LT on the forum) that he indeed was ready for this opening. So we can welcome him as the newest owner for the Illinois franchise. He'll make it in time to make Illinois's selection and, if he decides to, vote for our season awards. He should be checking in shortly to introduce himself!

I am the new owner of the Illinois team. Hopefully I can figure this thing out quickly and make Illinois a competitive team. I am looking forward to the challenge.
