SP: Promote SP Cantrell, followed SP Wilcox, followed by SP Hatfield
MR: Promote SP Cantrell, followed by Flowers, followed by Hatfield
CL: Place Castro as CL, then promote as per MR list
Never promote SP Rosario, C Ortiz, 1B Ramos, SP Espanca or SP Diaz.
