Now that Raleigh has a full roster, if a position player gets hurt, just call up whomever what starting at that position in AAA. If you need to auto minor league lineups to fill an empty spot, that's fine.
After you call up that player just auto lineups at the big league level.
For Pitchers, call up Ron Wilkerson if an SP gets hurt or Grundvig followed by Rivera if RPs get hurt. Then auto staff at big league level.
