Here is how the draft order will be set for the Amateur Draft before any trades...
1. Idaho Steelheads 48-114
2. Georgia Titans 52-110
3. Washington Resonance 58-104
4. Maryland Bridegrooms 61-101
5. New York Twin Towers 67-95
6. Kentucky Lions 72-90
7. Ohio Knights 74-88
8. Iowa Corncobs 75-87
9. Oregon Explorers 78-84
10. Illinois Warhawks 88-74 (won H2H against both NC and PA)
11/12. Pennsylvania Railroaders 88-74 (won random online drawing of 1st to have their 5 entries picked)
11/12. North Carolina Aviators 88-74 (lost tiebreaker with PA, rotates with PA every other round)
13. Colorado Bears 93-69 (Wildcard Series loser (lowest of WCs win%))
14. Virginia Diamond Club 95-67( Wildcard Series loser (2nd lowest of WCs win%))
15. West Virginia Hollers 99-63 (Wildcard Series loser (2nd highest of WCs win%))
16. New Mexico Danger 104-58 (Wildcard Series loser (highest of WCs win%))
17. Texas Isotopes 94-68 League Championship Series loser (lower win%)

Year of the exact season records I suppose ;D.
I'm trying to decide the most fair way to decide picks 10, 11, and 12 between Illinois-North Carolina-Pennsylvania who all have 88-74 records. I have done H2H (head to head) records between two teams in the past before going to an online random number picker.
I'm hoping to do H2H somehow before going the online random picker or simply a coin flip. I'll decide today about how to handle this.

I've decided on how to handle the 3-way tie for draft slots 10-12 between Illinois, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania...
Illinois will pick 10th since they won their H2H (head to head) matchups with North Carolina and Pennsylvania going 3-1 against both of them.
Pennsylvania and North Carolina naturally split their H2H matchup during the season going 5-5 against each other. Since H2H couldn't determine who would pick 1st, I went to Pythagorean Record and both NC & PA had the same Pyt Rec. Thanks guys :).
So I went to our 3rd tie-breaker which is an online line picker. I put in 5 entries for each team and whatever team has all 5 entries picked wins. Pennsylvania had their 5th entry selected on pick 9 of 10.
Pennsylvania and North Carolina will rotate between picks 11 and 12 every other round. PA will pick 11th in Rounds 1, 3, 5, and 7. NC will pick 11th in Rounds 2, 4, 6, and 8.
I believe this will be the most fair way to decide things. Thanks guys!

Currently I only have picks 1-1 through 1-9 adjusted in Statslab. I'll adjust this soon.

Statslab draft order has been adjusted to include all trades. Picks 19 and 20 subject to change depending on outcome of FCS.
Iowa is up with the 2nd overall pick!

Don't know how far we'll get today, but I have a whirlwind business trip to Winnipeg today. Leaving now, flight at 9:30 from Baltimore, connect in Chicago, on to Winnipeg. Get there around 2PM their time (an hour behind? two? not positive). Then I fly back starting around 2PM tomorrow and don't get back home until around midnight. So apologies for any potential delays in advance.
