A good year to have not traded away my picks by the looks of things.

Statslab is ready to go for picks 1-9 only for the time being. I'll get picks 10-12 decided later today. We'll only be able to draft until pick 12 until we progress in the playoffs.

Virginia's draft slot is still to be decided. Only picks 1-1 through 1-9 are correct in Statslab only and not the game.

Hope he won't be hurt by me rooting for his early exit from the playoffs LOL If this is what the drafts look like going forward that is awesome.

This is 99% likely an unique draft pool. My guess it's due to this being the first cycle (4 seasons) of players. I bet after this class we'll see somewhere in between this and previous pools.

Also, remember that starting in 2021's draft pool, there will be generated International Amateurs that will be apart of the pools.

The pool is so good this year, because you changed the setting that allows the college draftees to leave a year earlier than usually, next years class is probably gonna be really thin since those guys got moved up to this year.

You might be right. That was whatever the game defaulted to. I'll review these settings after the postseason so we can make sure to have consistency from here on out. The feeder league option is still pretty new and uncharted waters :).

I'm updating the traded picks to reflect the recent GA-IA trade and will move the 2nd overall pick to Iowa in the next few minutes. The trade will be processed during the next sim.

I have moved the 2nd overall pick to Iowa but naturally forgot to process the trade before today's sim upload. I'll process the trade in the next sim which will be whenever the final 4 are ready or Thursday morning at the latest.

I'll get Draft Slots 10-12 decided on later today as well. Until then we'll need to stop at 1-9 but I don't see this being an issue today since teams are busy working the phones involving draft picks before the Ammy Draft timer will be enabled after the postseason :).

So I am not listed as having a first round pick and I have the 6th pick of each round after the first. I didn't trade away my first.

Iowa still needs to make their selections for picks 1-1 and 1-2. No worries if those slots are still being shopped but if you're ready, go ahead and pick in Statslab!

I have 1st round picks 1-18 set in Statslab. Iowa can start things off in Statslab whenever.

I'll get rounds 2 through 8 for picks 1-18 moved later today. Picks 19 and 20 are not set until the end of the FCS.

This draft class is what the doctor ordered for me. I've needed for a few seasons, a chance to get quality starting pitchers in the draft.  Really needed this draft class and hope these guys pan out. If so, the future will be really bright.

We have completed the 2020 Ammy Draft!

Remember about undrafted free agents?
-draft leftovers are available IMMEDIATELY after the draft is completed
-undrafted free agent claims are processed on a first come, first serve basis
-1 claim per team per calendar day (based on CT so 11:59pm and 12:00am would be different days)
-all claims are made on the forum only and not in the game!

I?ll release a new file TONIGHT with the remaining draft picks not in the game yet plus any trades since the last final. Get any last minute exports in by 6pm CT if you care to.

No sim tomorrow but we will have the 1st half of Spring Training on THURSDAY at 6am CT and the 2nd half of Spring Training on Friday at 6am CT. Opening Day 2021 will be on Monday as we get back to our normal sim schedule of Mon-Wed-Fri with exports due by 6am CT and a new file released between 7-10am CT.

Thanks guys as we are almost done with the offseason!

I forgot that the undrafted players can return back to school if they are eligible to do so. Because of this, 3 teams (CO, WV, NJ) had their claims immediately after the end of the draft become invalid and not processed. Just a risk of claiming players between the end of the draft and the day following the draft.

Sorry about the late notice as it was out of my control.

CO and WV made different claims before I ran the rollover. So we're good.

Just chatted with NJ and he let me know his claim makeup assuming he's available after the rollover.
