Ammy Draft discussion here. North Carolina can start whenever they are ready in this thread until Statslab is ready. Ohio, Texas, and Kentucky follow North Carolina.
-
NC selects Oakton, Virginia's own Bob Fisher. Finally a pick I didn't have to put a whole lotta thought into.

Nice pick. Seemed like a clear choice as #1 overall.
-
and Ohio selected Jose Ramirez ... damn
-
Picks 1-16 are now set in their draft order. I have moved all processed traded picks except for NY and CO's traded picks plus the pending trade with GA-ON.
-
Slots 17-20 are now set and all processed traded draft picks have been moved.
Virginia is on the clock for just over 13 hours. Let's get this moving guys.

Do we PM the next person up in the draft? Is that something we should do?

Yeah that would be great actually. I tend to do that in the morning each day for the first two rounds then will start emailing GMs individually since the timer will be shorter. Sending an email or PM to whomever is next is a good habit to get into :).

We have to finish the Ammy Draft by next Tuesday, June 9th. Let's get this rolling guys.
Please be prepared for your picks so you do not hold up the draft for everyone. If you know you will be unavailable for a period of time, plan ahead and let me know however is easiest for you. I'm more than willing to help you as much as I can.

I guess we won't be close to finishing by Tuesday so I'll extend the draft for a few days.
I'm going to change the 24 hour timer after the 1st round to a 8 hour timer that runs from 8a-8p like our previous setup. 6 hours for the 3rd and 4th rounds. 4 hours for the 5th and 6th rounds. 2 hours for the 7th and 8th rounds.
-
We're finally in the 2nd round...
Timer will be set at:
2nd: 8 hours
3rd: 6 hours
4th: 6 hours
5th: 4 hours
6th: 4 hours
7th: 2 hours
8th: 1 hours
Timer will run from 8am until 8pm CT and will pause over this weekend but let's keep the draft moving. I want to only push the draft back for 1 day to Wednesday.
-
We are in the middle of the 3rd round. Let's get this going guys!

Apologies for holding things up briefly... I had checked the box to auto if my list had run out but I must've forgotten to hit save.

No worries!

We are in the middle of the 5th round after some good progress yesterday. Let's try to finish this by tonight (6/9) with tomorrow (6/10) afternoon (~12pm CT) being the cutoff.
I want to get both Spring Training sims done by Friday so that's the reason for the Wednesday absolute cutoff. This would allow us to have Opening Day 2025 on Monday.
-
auto!
-
Home stretch. Let's knock this out guys!
-
Final round! I'll get a new file up as soon as we are finished with the draft.
-
Draft completed and results imported into the game. I'm rolling the game over into 2025. We will not sim tomorrow and hold Spring Training First Half sim on Friday (14 games).
