Please tell me it can't be true!! Jose Fernandez gone for the year possibly!?  He was one of the main reasons I bought mlb.tv this year, the way he loves to play the game and his electric stuff made the Marlins the best team to watch in baseball while he was on the mound.  Now that's hard to do.

I took them to win today in the first 5 innings. Wainwright pitching and I expect some kind of revenge today. The Cubs suck, I cant understand how they scored 17 runs in a single game ...

Cespedes making errors just for fun now. That's my only complaint about him. He plays lazy at time

Apparently he made another crazy throw to third base last night too, after booting the ball again too!

Yeah misplayed a ball in the same left field corner and gunned out Pujols trying to extend the double into a triple (not surprised by Pujols running into an out haha). Cespedes' throw was another laser.

the oakland offense is just amazing. I like this team and maybe I put some money on them to win this year. But I know that in the post season the SPs are really important and Oakland is not really strong on that ...

If you haven't seen this commercial honoring Jeter's final ASG and season, it's pretty sweet. As a kid growing up that played SS, I really respected and tried to mimic my game to Jeter's. #RE2PECT (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X03_bNuihLU)

No problem and yeah it should be a good game tonight! I need to root for the NL to win for my Cardinals since MLB has the dumbest rule in sports in effect.

I think thats an awful rule. Just wish we had a rule where players wanted to play the way Gwynn and Ripken did in the All star games I remember. Also I think the ASG should happen the week after the WS but I know...That cuts into vacation for the shitty teams!

I'm very excited for all of the Kansas City faithful.  What a night, what a game.  That game could've gone on several more innings and I would have loved every second of it.  More importantly, what a disaster finish for Oakland who were almost expected to be World Series champions.

That was very reminiscent of the 2009 AL Central Tie Breaker between Detroit and Minnesota at the Metrodome.  Being at this game was one of the most incredible games I've ever seen in person, and certainly the best baseball game I've ever seen first hand.

It WAS CRAZY!  I don't know that words can do justice - I'll try a writeup after work.  That was the most emotional roller coaster, the fans were incredible - louder than any I've ever heard - and the fans were on top of the game the whole night.  Nothing in sports tops that experience!

Wow, really?  Get over it.  Cards lost fair and square they had two more miscues AFTER the Denkinger call, that's what cost them the game and gave up the winning run.  Then another game to make it up and instead rolled over and quit.

And that's why KC fans are the best.  Grateful for what we have! After 29 years, that stadium was rocking, on their feet and loud for 10 of the 12 innings.  We made Lester uneasy, we made the outfielders collide when they couldn't hear each other, we believed and cheered our team for the magnificent season and they rewarded us by scraping back into the game run by run - something this offense shouldn't be able to do.  Emotional, ecstatic, best sporting event I've ever been to, and the loudest baseball can get.  I've been to Chiefs games, and this outstrips any I've been to (which isn't many), I went to KU and experienced the incredible intensity of basketball at Allen Fieldhouse, but this game had more tension and emotion and hope in it for every single fan in that stadium.

I hope everyone can experience a game like that.  There won't be many.
