Idaho kicked off the offseason with an interdivisional trade. The Steelheads moved versatile infielder Jorge Molina to New Mexico in exchange to Pitcher Tabito Tamura.
Young Molina was stuck behind Souza and a couple of young players at 3B, while Tamura had struggled in brief AFBL stints with New Mexico. Idaho is toying with the idea of using Tamura as their 2034 closer. Stay tuned.
