*I need to decide how to determine who between Indiana and Ontario will pick 5. Same record and no head-to-head to help decision.*

*I need to decide how to determine who between Indiana and Ontario will pick 5. Same record and no head-to-head to help decision.*
Options:
1. Coin toss
2. Worst runs scored minus runs conceded picks first
3. Worst pythag record picks first
4. A one game special after the playoffs, winner gets to pick first - hope for no long term injuries ;)
I haven't checked who woudl pick first using 2 or 3 - but they seem reasonable ideas to me. Unless

I honestly think it'll be a coin toss. I need to decide the most fair way and then have a future gameplan for any situations like this whenever we don't have interleague play to have h2h.

I have the lowest runs scored in the league -161 but they are -162, I have the Lowest Pythang Rec by 1 win

Yeah I saw that which makes the choice even more difficult :). I think a coin toss or something might be the most fair way.

I used an online random line picker to decide who gets the 5th overall pick between Indiana and Ontario. I alternated 'Ontario' and 'Indiana' for 5 lines each (10 total) then "Pick Random Line" until I got 5 of either team.
Indiana wins the 5th overall pick with a late run to claim it in the random picker. Ontario will select 6th overall.
