Looking through Statslab, California has had 481 days of players on the DL this season, up in the Illinois (543) and Texas (530)range for worst in the AFBL. By comparison, NJ has had 59 total days!

We're going to be adding to that though as Jeff Fowler has another 30+ days left of his injury.... grrr - he missed the last blood transfusion session :)

Everything is updated (updating Statslab currently)! We are to September so the rosters have expanded to 40. Amateur draft pool has been released so begin prepping for the draft on Nov 15.

The playoff race in the PL for the final wildcard has taken an interesting turn. We have a surging team hoping to cause chaos. Should be a fun final month of the season!

P   Joe Haines   7-0, 0.52   Last 7 games
P   Norberto Le?n   9-1, 1.21   Last 10 games

West Virginia's Julian Parra has an outside shot of hitting .400 for the season. He's hitting .394 currently and needs roughly 35-40 hits to finish the season to have a shot.

New Jersey's Jorge Sepulveda is battling North Carolina's Norberto Leon for the PL pitching crown. Sepulveda has claimed this in the league's first 2 seasons. In the FL, there is a small chance of a pitching triple crown with Illinois' Doug Wallace, Oregon's Ned Hass and Antonio Lozano.

Colorado's PJ Foley leads the FL in HR and RBI but won't catch the AVG leader. New Jersey's Ignacio Garlez has an outside shot but would need to go on a power surge to claim it.

Final month will be exciting!
