We just can't get it done at the moment, 5-5, and a 2-1 series loss to Ontario that lets them jump ahead of us in the standings, ouch!
It looks like either our rotation is pitching terribly or the opposition has worked out how to hit us, seeing Sepulveda with an ERA north of 4.00 is a major concern. Add to this a group of hitters (except Josh Talley) who have started cold and we're struggling at the moment.
In other news, Maddox Hynes failed in his bid to reach 50 straight saves, falling agonizingly short at 48 after getting pounded by Illinois int he 9th inning, we did go on to win this game though.
On the inter-league front we went 4-3 on the sim.. small consolation I guess.
If we don't fix up where we're going I am seriously considering trading away either or both of Ignacio Garlez and Jeff Fowler - both great left handed hitters (would work excellently at Indiana or Illinois
