Erie Moves on to League Championship Series
The Erie Brigs are one step closer to winning a Confederation Cup, and the season came to a close for the Mobile Hammers.

Erie won the Wildcard Series 3-1, with a 11-2 victory in the deciding game at Brigs Stadium today.

Erie first baseman Mike Miller was named the MVP of the series, after hitting .438 with a .500 on-base percentage. He had 3 homers, drove in 9 RBI and scored 4 runs.

"I just hope I can keep it up in the League Championship Series," he said.

The Erie Brigs will play against the Ottawa Lynx in the next round. Ottawa had a bye in the Wildcard Series. The League Championship Series schedule will be announced after the Wildcard Series finishes.
