Bazar Lays Hammer Down in 3-0 Win
|
Pitching was the name of the game in a tight contest between the Ontario Blue Pirates and the Kentucky Lions. Ontario won it, 3-0. Ontario starter Gary Bazar was in command. The Lions fall to 4-8 and continue to sputter in the early going.
Bazar allowed no runs on 4 hits over 8 innings for the Blue Pirates. He walked 1 and struck out 11.
