Kentucky Gets 5-2 Win Versus Ohio in 15
The Kentucky Lions cut down the Ohio Knights by the score of 5-2 in 15 innings. Much of the credit went to left fielder Klaus van Straaten. van Straaten was 3 for 6 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2 for the Lions. The loss makes Ohio 32-41.

Kentucky used a clutch hit from Zachary Zarzycki to snatch the win. The shortstop belted a 3-run home run in the top of the 15th inning to put the Lions ahead, 5-2. It was his only hit, but it was huge.

"Took some scratching and clawing," said van Straaten. "But we got it done."
