A nice crowd turned out for a clash between the Alabama Yellowhammers and Georgia Titans.

The Alabama Yellowhammers beat the Georgia Titans, 9-5, at Peachtree Stadium. Alfonso Damasso, in particular, was impressive. He was 2 for 4 with a home run, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. The last-place Yellowhammers are now 37-42, the Titans 39-40.

In the top of the seventh, the Yellowhammers grabbed the lead when Damasso hit his 5th home run of the season. The grand slam home run off Antonio Angeles made it 7-4, Alabama.

"There's losing your stroke and finding your stroke," said Damasso. "I guess I've found mine."
