Dunse Slugs Titans to 9-3 Win
The Georgia Titans defeated the Alabama Yellowhammers, 9-3. Third Baseman John Dunse deserved a large share of the credit. Dunse hit 2 home runs, while adding 5 RBI and scoring twice for the Titans. Kevin McLaughlin got the save, the 2nd for him this season. The 4th-place Titans improved to 40-40.

In the first inning, Dunse had a 2-run home run for Georgia. It was his 14th home run of the season and put the Titans on top, 2-0.
