Resonance Collect 4-3 Win Over Explorers
|
The Washington Resonance beat the Oregon Explorers, 4-3, at The Boom Box. The Resonance got a fine performance from first baseman Estevan Garsia, who went 3-4 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk. He scored 2 times. The victory gives the Resonance a record of 58-54.
The Resonance relied on third baseman Justin Cavanaugh for the game-winning hit. And, in the bottom of the tenth, he delivered, hitting a run-scoring single to seal the deal.
"Our guys refused to lose," said Garsia.
