Texas Gets 4-3 Win
The Texas Outlaws did just enough to secure a victory over the Colorado Bears, 4-3, at Mountain View Ballpark. Nobody did more than pitcher José Noriega. Getting the save was Jose Rameriez, his 2nd. Texas improves to 77-48 with the win. They lead their division by 8 games.

Texas used the clutch hitting of Lee Choate to capture the win. The first baseman drilled a 2-run double in the top of the seventh inning to give the Outlaws the lead, 3-1. For the game, Choate had 1 single and 1 double in 4 at-bats.

"If we play like this, we can win a lot of games," Noriega told the Texas Today.
