The Arizona Vipers picked up a win at Lions Stadium, knocking off the Kentucky Lions, 7-3. Starting pitcher Frank Salerno was a big reason why. In 7 innings, Salerno surrendered 6 hits, while striking out 2 and walking 4. He allowed 1 run. Arizona is 87-55 and Kentucky, with the loss, 85-57.

Austin Wooldridge had a big run-scoring double for the Vipers in the top of the first inning.
