Swanson Powers Lions to 9-6 Win
Kentucky third baseman Mike Swanson had 3 ribbies while helping his team defeat the Ohio Knights, 9-6. Kentucky reliever Alejandro Pacheco picked up the win, upping his record to 13-8. Derek Evans absorbed the loss. With the victory, the Lions upped their record to 93-69.

The game was all tied up in the top of the ninth, until Swanson delivered big-time for Kentucky, stroking a dramatic solo home run off Derek Evans. The game-changing hit put the Lions on top, 7-6.

"We got the victory," said Swanson. "That's all that matters at the end of the day."
