PL Names Ohio's Allen Top Rookie Thursday, October 1st , 2065 Most everybody across the league agree that Tim Allen is one fine rookie pitcher. And today the Patriot League confirmed it by announcing he is this month's recipient of the Rookie of the Month award. In September the 22-year-old Ohio starter proved his worth by racking up 3 wins and no losses with a 0.69 ERA as he struck out 13 in 13 innings and held opponents to a .143 batting average.
