Arvelos Hurt, Listed DTD by Lions Monday, October 12th , 2065 It's a long season and everyone picks up some cuts and bruises along the way. The latest star to be suffering this year is Raul Arvelos of the Kentucky Lions, who suffered back tightness while throwing a pitch in yesterday's contest against Georgia. While he could play through the injury, it's unclear whether or not the Kentucky organization will risk that or simply sit him out for the one week the injury is expected to last. So far this year Arvelos has a 13-9 record with a 2.71 ERA. |
