New Mexico Swaps Villanueva to New Jersey for Rossi Monday, July 16th , 2068 In a move that has fans in both cities buzzing, the New Mexico Danger and the New Jersey Athletics have agreed to a deal that will have 21-year old minor league 2B Juan Villanueva and a 1st round draft pick heading to New Jersey in exchange for 27-year old RHP Éric Rossi. Provided they pass a physical, the players should be with their respective teams in time for tomorrow's games. To date this season, Rossi has a record of 3 wins and 8 losses and a 3.29 ERA.
