Beals Wins PL Prize, Named Best Hitter in May Saturday, June 1st , 2069 May's Patriot League Batter of the Month trophy was claimed by right fielder Ron Beals of the New York Empire. Last month he compiled a .381 batting average with 7 home runs, 24 RBIs, 18 runs scored and a .445 on-base percentage.
