Lahoda Sizzles with 30-Game Batting Streak

Idaho third baseman Ken Lahoda keeps on racking up hits every time he plays.
His hitting streak now stands at 30 games after collecting 3 hits at The Snake Pit today. The Steelheads took the 9-8 victory over the Indiana Vipers.
"I have been seeing the ball really good the last few weeks, but I am a bit surprised how things are working out," Lahoda said. "I've gotten a couple flares to drop in, so I've also been a little lucky." Ken Lahoda singled in the 1st, grounded out in the 2nd, singled in the 5th, grounded out in the 6th, hit a two-run home run off Bill McMenemy in the 9th and grounded out in the 11th.
Lahoda is swinging at a .361 pace on the year with 11 home runs, 44 RBIs and 57 runs scored. He has played in 77 games.
