Orlando García, the North Carolina Aviators 25-year-old second baseman, put himself in the spotlight last week making him the clear-cut choice for Patriot League Player of the Week honors. He ripped 10 hits in 16 at-bats, compiling a .625 average with 1 home run and 6 RBIs. So far this year García is batting .328 with 5 home runs. |
