Career Over, North Carolina's Morán Suffers Setback Friday, January 21st , 2050 Mario Morán's baseball career is almost certainly over according to his doctors. The 33-year-old North Carolina Aviators starting pitcher was given the dreadful news after suffering a setback in his rehabilitation from a an arthritic elbow. A Aviators team official, speaking unofficially, was quoted by reporters as saying, "For all intents and purposes, his career is over." In his career Morán has 15 wins and 14 losses and a 4.44 ERA. |
