PL's Top Player, Bertrand of Pennsylvania Monday, June 27th , 2050 Dan Bertrand captured all the headlines last week and today he added to his booty with the Patriot League Player of the Week trophy. The Pennsylvania Railroaders center fielder hammered league hurlers for 15 hits in 26 at-bats, a .577 average and 2 home runs. He also collected 8 RBIs and 4 runs scored. For the season Bertrand is currently batting .272 with 18 home runs and 40 RBIs. In 74 games he has reached base at a .296 rate and scored 32 runs to date. |
